DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION: For new synthetic floors, make sure to check with the manufacturer regarding the warranty and specific maintenance recommendations before beginning. For older floors that are out of warranty, simply follow these steps to clean and prepare the floor for coating. If floor is in good condition and stripping is not necessary, sweep up excess dirt and dust and then clean with a good neutral cleaner following the directions accordingly to remove dirt and oils. If there is a heavy build-up of acrylic, urethane, or other film coatings, use a neutral stripper and follow directions accordingly. Follow with a thorough rinsing and allow floor to dry completely.
FINISHING: Apply 2 to 3 thin coats of product using a micro-fiber applicator or clean finish mop. Allow a minimum of 30 minutes drying time between coats. Repeat until a desired level of gloss is achieved.
RESTORATION: Dust mop or sweep thoroughly. Use a gloss restorer according to directions and apply to floor with clean mop or auto-scrubber.
RECOATING: Dust mop or sweep thoroughly. Deep scrub using a general purpose cleaner diluted according to directions. Apply 1 or 2 coats of finish using a clean mop.
