Extreme Cleaner / Degreaser
An extremely powerful water based, high alkaline cleaner degreaser quickly cuts through dirt and grease. Heavy duty solvents combined with a special blend of synthetic detergents and alkaline boosters removes oil, grease, animal fat, cheese curds, rubber residue, as well as water soluble soils from bare concrete, machinery, engines, floors, walls, etc. It may be used in pressure washers, steam cleaners or automatic scrubbers. This product must be diluted before use. Avoid prolonged contact with painted surfaces such as automobile paint and polished aluminum as product may damage these surfaces.
All Purpose Degreasing:
Apply product by pump-up sprayer, mop, sponge, cloth or auto-scrubber to surfaces to be cleaned. If necessary, agitate to help remove excessive soils. Wipe dry with clean cloth or rinse thoroughly with hot water after use.
For Heavy Soiled Areas: Dilute this product at 12 oz. per gallon of hot or cold water (1:10)
For Light Soiled Areas: Dilute this product at 4 – 6 oz. per gallon of hot or cold water (1:20 to 1:40).
Bare Concrete Floor Cleaning:
For cleaning oily grease from bare concrete floors. Mix 1 part of product with 5 parts of hot water in an automatic
scrubber. Apply the cleaning solution to the floor and double scrub where necessary. On the second pass, put the
squeegee down, turn on the back motor to pick up solution. Rinse the floor immediately with clean water. For the best
result, rinse the floor twice.
For daily cleaning using an automatic scrubber, mix 1 part of product with 10 parts of hot or cold water. Flood rinsing
may not be necessary as you scrub the floor and pick up immediately.
For daily cleaning using the mop and bucket method, mix 1 part of product with 8 parts of hot water if possible. Apply to the floor and scrub with a hand held floor scrubber. Pick up with a mop, wet/dry vacuum, or squeegee to central location and pick up with mop and vacuum.
